This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Processing Center Advisor based in Netherlands.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven professional to support the administration of childcare-related programs and client services.
This role focuses on reviewing applications, assessing eligibility, and ensuring accurate processing of program requests.
You will act as a key point of contact for clients, providing guidance and resolving inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information responsibly.
You will collaborate within a fast-paced environment where accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience are critical.

Accountabilities:

The Processing Center Advisor will be responsible for managing client requests, reviewing documentation, and ensuring program services are delivered accurately and efficiently.
