Position Overview

Hope Mental Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. This remote position will empower you to provide evidence-based therapeutic support to adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. By leveraging your professional expertise, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys through empathy and science-driven practices.

About the Organization

At Hope Mental Solutions, we are committed to transforming the way mental health care is delivered. Our innovative model emphasizes a mindful therapeutic strategy that integrates empathy with scientific principles, ensuring that we cater to clients across all levels of clinical complexity. Our mission is to make quality mental health care accessible to all, especially to those who face the greatest challenges, including individuals grappling with suicidal thoughts or severe emotional distress.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, providing flexibility and the opportunity to foster a healthy work-life balance. As a member of our community health clinic, you will work collaboratively with a diverse team of mental health professionals and support staff, providing a nurturing and collaborative atmosphere that enhances professional growth and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in weekly live video sessions, effectively managing a full caseload while adapting to each client’s unique needs.
  • Collate and analyze data from automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to tailor treatment plans in real-time, ensuring high-quality care focused on client outcomes.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical documentation using our user-friendly digital portal, facilitating seamless communication and coordination with other mental health professionals and support staff.
  • Collaborate with Brightside psychiatric providers and engage with fellow therapists to develop comprehensive treatment plans and share best practices within our growing therapist community.
  • Request and receive direct support and consultation from the Therapy Leadership Team, enhancing your clinical skills and therapeutic efficacy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily serve adults with diverse emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation. You will work closely with clients who come from various backgrounds, requiring a culturally responsive approach that respects and honors their unique experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications
  • A valid independent license in the state of residence (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) is required; possessing multiple state licenses is highly advantageous.
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.
  • Tech-savviness, with a strong willingness to integrate digital tools into clinical practice to enhance therapeutic engagement and management.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience providing therapy in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience working with diverse clientele and a commitment to providing culturally competent care.
  • Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices, especially regarding emotional disorders.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Life and disability insurance to support your long-term wellbeing.
  • A professional liability insurance policy.
  • An employee assistance program providing mental health resources.
  • A streamlined documentation process that minimizes administrative burden.
Career Growth Opportunities

At Hope Mental Solutions, we value the growth and development of our team members. You will have opportunities to access ongoing professional development, participate in workshops, and receive mentorship from experienced therapists, empowering you to expand your skill set and advance your career in the mental health field.

Why Join Our Team

As an equal-opportunity employer, we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every team member feels valued and supported.
