Description Summary: The Data Analyst 3 role is part of the Enterprise Payments ChoicePay team and supports the Business to Consumer (B2C) platform to help ensure it meets the needs of customers, colleagues, and the Bank's strategic objectives. Success in this role requires concise, professional daily interaction with back-office and front-line sales colleagues, vendors, and leaders, along with the ability to deliver data-driven business and technology solutions that support continuous improvement and consultative problem solving. Duties & Responsibilities: Creates effective reporting using multiple data sources and visualization tools.

Maintains, monitors, and updates assigned business processes and/or systems. Research complex problems and work independently to resolve issues. Analyzes existing business processes and/or systems, identifies technical or procedural improvements through data-driven insights, and implements approved changes.

Develop operational procedures for supported products, services, and systems. Designs processes that support regulatory requirements and operational controls. Develops and generates specialized, recurring, and ad hoc reports.

Analyzes reports and recommends improvements to processes and/or systems. Provides technical and consultative support to the business unit, customers, management, and other users. Assists with client disbursement activities including set up monitoring and escalation remediation.

Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 5+ years experience with SQL, Tableau, AWS Athena, and advanced Excel.

5+ years experience in a Data Analyst role performing similar responsibilities. 5+ yeas experience with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, and Teams. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.

Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and manage competing deadlines. Experience tracking deliverables and driving work to completion. Demonstrates active listening, identifies next steps, and proactively keeps work moving forward.

Builds effective working relationships and engages well with others.
