We are seeking experienced Data Analysts to support multiple Product Teams within a large non-profit payer/provider organization. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy turning complex healthcare data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve operational outcomes.

In this position, you will work closely with product teams, business stakeholders, analysts, and engineers to analyze claims data, identify trends, and develop meaningful reporting solutions. You will play a key role in gathering business requirements, validating data quality, and delivering insights that support strategic initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Analyze claims data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational insights.
  • Collaborate with business users and product teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI.
  • Utilize SQL and Python to extract, integrate, validate, and interpret data from multiple data sources.
  • Support data testing, validation, quality assurance, and documentation efforts.
