Job Description

An Integrated Project Manager within Digital Marketing / CRM / WebOps / Brand Performance, acting as the coordination point across media, CRM, digital, and brand teams to ensure structured execution of digital initiatives.

This is a market-facing role supporting the Market Lead, ensuring:

  • Smooth project execution
  • Stakeholder alignment
  • Clear tracking and reporting with business value
  • Adoption of integrated ways of working
ResponsibilitiesProject & Operational Management
  • Plan, track, and report on digital initiatives (media, CRM, web, data), managing risks, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality campaign planning across all contributors.
  • Provide structured updates, dashboards, and reports to the Market Lead and clients.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-ups across local and central stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to governance and tools, driving adoption within the local team.
Market Engagement & Alignment
  • Act as the operational link between brand, media, CRM, and digital teams.
  • Support the Market Lead in embedding integrated ways of working, breaking silos.
  • Liaise with central teams and PMO to manage dependencies and alignment.
  • Share best practices, success stories, and case studies across markets.
Collaboration & Enablement
  • Work closely with Market Lead, Omnichannel Strategy Lead, and Analytics & Insights Lead.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and digital experts (CRM, SEO).
  • Support onboarding, tools access, and resource alignment.
  • Ensure reporting delivers clear business value (both local and central dashboards).
  • Support training, adoption, and consistent ways of working.
Qualifications
  • 6-9 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or project management (agency or client side).
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Solid understanding of media, CRM, and digital campaign execution.
  • Ability to navigate complexity with attention to detail and structured problem solving.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
