- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, IT) to define project requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies to drive sales growth or cost savings.
- Track and quantify project outcomes using corporate success metrics; analyze project efficiency and recommend improvements.
- Communicate analytics strategies and insights to senior leadership and influence decision-making.
- Develop and implement best practices for workflow management, automation, and scalability of analytics initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project transparency and alignment.
- Assess project risks, track key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Optimize resource allocation across multiple projects, balancing priorities and talent utilization.
- Foster a data-driven decision-making culture and support organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
- Identify innovation and optimization opportunities to drive profitability and business impact.
