We're seeking a mid-level Data Analyst to join our Technology organization and support the concierge healthcare team. This role goes beyond traditional reporting-you'll be instrumental in building the data infrastructure that powers business decisions while becoming a trusted advisor on healthcare operations and strategy.

You'll own our reporting ecosystem, transforming raw healthcare data into actionable insights that drive patient care and business outcomes. Your work will directly inform clinical operations, member experience initiatives, and strategic planning.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track key healthcare metrics including patient outcomes, utilization patterns, provider performance, and member satisfaction
  • Partner with clinical and operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver self-service analytics solutions
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer critical business questions and support strategic initiatives

Analytics Engineering

  • Build and maintain semantic layers that make our data accessible and reliable across the organization
  • Create structured data environments that enable analytics agents and automated reporting
  • Develop data models that balance technical rigor with business usability
  • Establish data quality standards and monitoring processes

Business Partnership

Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000

Requirements

  • Analytical thinking: You naturally ask "why" and can structure ambiguous problems into clear analytical frameworks

Preferred Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
  • Experience in healthcare, preferably in value-based care, concierge medicine, or similar models
