We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Provider Contracting & Client Success Manager to oversee payer negotiation projects and support healthcare clients in optimizing reimbursement outcomes. This role combines contract negotiation, project management, and client relationship management to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident in navigating healthcare payer relationships, and motivated by delivering measurable financial improvements for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Project Management

  • Manage a portfolio of client engagement projects from onboarding through completion
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and status updates
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and payer representatives
  • Ensure all projects progress efficiently and meet established milestones
  • Provide clients with regular progress reports, insights, and recommendations

Contract Negotiation & Reimbursement Strategy
