  • Experience configuring and maintaining benefits plan rules and performing audits/reconciliations in HRIS/benefits systems; able to validate changes through testing and analysis to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and effective controls.
  • Exposure to benefits surveys, renewals, and benchmarking; ability to analyze trends, summarize findings, and contribute to recommendations and materials for program updates and cyclical activities (e.g., open enrollment).
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Solid understanding of benefits operations, compliance fundamentals, and documentation standards; comfortable interpreting policies and escalating when appropriate.
  • Clear communicator able to explain benefits concepts, processes, and decisions to employees, managers, and vendors.
