NAVA Software solutions is looking for a Data Quality Analyst
Details:
Data Quality Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months
The Enterprise Data Quality team is looking to add a Data Quality Analyst. The Data Quality Analyst will work on the Azure cloud. The analyst will be driving the development and reporting of Data Quality rules across 60+ sources using our inhouse built Data Quality framework.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and identify where Data Quality is needed.
  • Analyze data sources and provide recommendations or system enhancements/efficiencies.
  • Develop reports and dashboards that accurately reflect the information intended to be shared.
  • Prioritize data sources that need Data Quality rules defined for them. Prioritization could be based on business/stakeholder requirements, technical capability, production enhancement, etcetera.
  • Develop Data Quality rules at the source, file, and column tier. Ensure the rules are well defined with correct rule types and thresholds. Obtain Data Steward approval.
  • Create, maintain, and assign a backlog in Azure DevOps at the PI and Sprint iteration.
  • Provide detailed updates on stand ups where we are with Data Quality rules for the source assigned in the current sprint.
  • Analyze the issues detected for a business unit and drive the resolution of the issue.

Qualifications:
  • Meticulous and proven analytical skills.
  • Have a strong attention to details and intellectually curious on data.
  • Strong understanding of how data moves within an enterprise.
  • 4+ years of data analysis experience
  • 4+ years of working with Python and SQL
  • 4+ years of Power BI experience

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with PySpark and Pandas
  • Experience with Databricks
  • Experience with C#, .Net, or JavaScript
  • Experience developing GUI
