Autumn ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote position supporting children with autism receiving in-home ABA services. Earn $75–$90/hour with a flexible schedule — full-time or part-time available.


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans

• Provide remote supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians

• Analyze session data and adjust programming as needed

• Deliver parent and caregiver training

• Maintain clinical quality and consistency across caseload


Requirements

• Active BCBA certification (required)
