The Analytics Intern is responsible for supporting business decisions through data analysis, reporting, data engineering, and process automation. This role will develop and maintain data pipelines, build Power BI dashboards, validate and transform data, identify business trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

This position reports to the Analytics Manager and is part of the Pricing and Analytics Team located in Logan, UT and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

  • Work directly with Product Managers, Quoters, Core Account Managers, and other business stakeholders to solve problems using data and analytics.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, reporting solutions, and business intelligence tools that transform raw data into reliable, actionable information.
  • Own projects from start to finish, using production, sales, pricing, quoting, and financial data to identify opportunities, improve processes, and drive business results.

Who you are:

  • Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, think critically, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and a willingness to take ownership of projects from concept through implementation.
  • Interested in developing expertise in data engineering, automation, business intelligence, and analytics while working on real-world business challenges

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Power BI development, data modeling, and dashboard design.
