Job description

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (CCWIS Solutions)
Location: Mississippi (Remote)
Position Overview
This role requires deep experience working with government or corporate clients, leading discovery efforts, refining business processes, and partnering with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of complex system enhancements. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, proven CCWIS delivery experience, and the ability to translate high-level strategies into tactical, measurable outcomes.
Minimum Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience working as a Business Analyst for state, local, or corporate clients.
  • Proven expertise delivering CCWIS solutions, including but not limited to:
    • Intake processes
    • Call center operations
    • Case actioning
  • Hands-on experience in the design, configuration, and delivery of at least two (2) COTS CCWIS systems, including experience with solutions delivered by RedMane Technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to advance strategy and define tactics that achieve incremental business and technical goals.
  • Knowledge of algorithm design, implementation, and testing (preferred but not required).
Preferred Skills & Additional Experience
  • Skilled in conducting workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to map workflows, analyze business outcomes, and identify opportunities to reduce labor and cost while improving results using technology defined in the POC.
  • Successful track record of collaborating with technical teams to deliver complex solutions.
  • Strong familiarity and experience using Agile methodologies in the management of multi-phase development efforts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in quantifying business value using measurable data and performance indicators.
  • Proven ability to identify, engage, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels.
