JOB DESCRIPTION
About the Role

As a Field Account Manager (remote) at Netchex, you'll own a book of mid-sized client accounts, acting as their trusted partner and primary point of contact. You'll drive retention, mitigate churn, and grow revenue within your book through strong relationship management, strategic account planning, and a data-informed approach to client success.


**Candidates must currently reside in the United States and must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. This role does not offer visa sponsorship, and candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.**



What You Will Do
  • Manage and grow a book of business of 100–250 mid-sized accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for your clients

  • Build strong client relationships and execute retention strategies that keep accounts healthy and engaged

  • Drive ARR growth within your book through proactive churn mitigation and upsell/cross-sell opportunities

  • Lead client conversations and influence outcomes across stakeholders and internal teams

  • Apply strategic account planning to prioritize where and how you invest your time across your book

  • Use data analysis and reporting tools to monitor account health and identify risk or growth signals early

  • Track and report progress against Net Revenue Retention (NRR), churn, and upsell/cross-sell targets
