Job description

Responsible for providing advanced analytical support and strategic insights to business stakeholders during a temporary resource gap.
This role will work cross-functionally to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions, optimize performance, and ensure continuity of critical analytics functions.
This position is a senior individual contributor operating with a high degree of ownership, supporting both ongoing reporting needs and exploratory, hypothesis-driven analysis.
The role will also absorb a portion of the analytical responsibilities typically managed by the Data Team Manager during a period of reduced team capacity.
Core Responsibilities
Works with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand data and analysis needs; translates business requirements into technical approaches
Analyzes large, complex datasets to identify trends, drivers, and actionable insights using a variety of analytical tools and techniques
Conducts exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing to inform strategic decision-making
Develops, maintains, and enhances dashboards and reporting to support ongoing business operations
Combines and queries data across multiple sources (e.g., SQL-based systems, cloud platforms) to support analysis
Communicates insights and recommendations clearly through data visualization and narrative-driven presentations
Supports evaluation of business initiatives, campaigns, and product features through measurement and performance analysis
Collaborates regularly with stakeholders and internal partners as part of a broader data team to align on priorities and deliverables
Exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance; prioritizes work based on business impact
Required Qualifications
