  • As a Senior Analyst you sit at the center of that work. You will support current-state analysis, build the value stream maps that make bottlenecks visible, size the gap between where a client is and where they need to be, and translate client needs into strategy roadmaps an executive committee can approve. You will work within a broader assessment team to develop future state vision statements and develop executable roadmaps

Role Responsibilities Include
  • Analyzing data, synthesizing documentation, developing value stream maps, drafting future state process designs.
  • Synthesizing client stakeholder interviews, identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Developing recommendations, building business cases, defining return on investment (ROI) for proposed data management modernization initiatives.
  • Developing executive summaries in PowerPoint & Word
  • Analyzing client documentation in Excel
  • Development of reports, dashboards, and visualizations as needed in Power BI

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of work experience in consulting, healthcare, or financial analysis
  • 1+ years of experience using BI & Visualization tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau or Power BI
  • 1+ years of experience with SQL programming.
  • 1+ years of experience working with data sources such as Databases, Data Lakes or Cloud Applications.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science/Management or Information Systems or equivalent

Additional Preferred Skill Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Enterprise data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake. Data Engineering experience a major plus.
  • Has strong presentation and collaborative skills and can communicate all aspects of the job requirements, including the creation of formal documentation /deliverables
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • Experience with project management and/or software implementation process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The estimated base salary for this job is $85,000 - $95,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $93,500 - $104,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
