As a Data Analyst, you will be a foundational architect of our data-driven future. You won't just pull numbers; you will deliver results by uncovering the "why" behind buyer and seller behavior.

What You Will Do:

  • Analyze: Partner cross-functionally to identify trends that guide our global business strategy.
  • Empower: Design scalable, self-serve dashboards (Looker/Tableau) that help your teammates make faster, smarter decisions.
  • Optimize: Lead efforts to streamline data collection and translate complex business needs into clear data products.
  • Experiment: Collaborate with Product and Marketing to run A/B tests that directly influence our user experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 2+ years in data or product analytics.
  • Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in SQL is required. 
  • Strategic Mindset: An ability to see both the granular details and the "big picture" of a luxury marketplace.

Total Compensation Statement 

1stDibs views the value of the employees’ compensation package in its totality. The package may comprise base salary, variable compensation (either equity or cash, where applicable), and health and work-life benefits, and is reviewed annually. Ultimately, we'll determine your pay based on your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
