Workday Business Systems Analyst (Workday Integrations) | Deloitte | Remote | W2 Only
SGF Global is currently seeking an experienced Workday Business Systems Analyst to support a Deloitte client engagement focused on Workday integrations, system support, and business process optimization. This is a fully remote opportunity for a highly skilled Workday professional who can work independently and provide expertise across the full integration lifecycle.

Position Overview
As a Workday Business Systems Analyst, you will partner with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical resources to design, develop, maintain, and support Workday integration solutions. The role requires hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and deliver scalable solutions that support critical HR business processes.
Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, developing and supporting Workday integrations, configuring Workday solutions, performing data analysis and reporting, resolving production issues, and providing end-user support and training.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Workday HR Integrations experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday Studio experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Core Connectors (CCW) experience
- Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining Workday integrations
- Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills within the Workday ecosystem
- Experience supporting integration deployments and production support activities
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Design and develop Workday integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
- Configure and support Workday applications based on business needs
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and system issues
- Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver integration projects
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities
- Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and end-user training as needed
