As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Tranquil Harmony Counseling, you will enjoy a remote work setup, offering flexibility and work-life balance while still maintaining strong connections with your team and clients. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with colleagues and utilizing telehealth technologies to deliver direct client services. The role will also necessitate participation in some on-site activities at our Detox Center as required.

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to address symptoms of major mental illness and emotional disorders.
• Regularly conduct mental health screenings and assessments, crafting individualized and integrated care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on problem-solving and coping strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring comprehensive care and the seamless exchange of information among care providers, clients, and family members.
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support and establishing safety plans for clients in distress.
• Monitor client progress, document services provided, and ensure timely completion of reports for data analysis and performance tracking.
• Participate actively in committees focused on improving agency service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• A valid LCSW license is required to practice in Georgia.
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to interact effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience working in a detox or treatment setting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and crisis management techniques.
• Familiarity with the socioeconomic and cultural dynamics affecting individuals in underserved populations.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
