As a senior data analyst on the Claims Control Staffing team, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert in the Field and Commercial Lines efficiency agenda. In this role, you’ll own monthly dashboard responsibilities, conduct deep dives into Field staffing models to identify trends and recommend model enhancements, and perform analyses related to productivity, inventory, cycle time, and operational oversight. You’ll divide your time between strategic projects and ad hoc requests, creating ongoing opportunities to answer new business questions and uncover actionable insights. You’ll also provide high-impact analyses, collaborate with fellow analysts, and present complex business insights to senior leaders.
Remote work allowed.
Must-have qualifications
  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.

  • High proficiency in programming skills (i.e., SQL, SAS, or R, Tableau, or Power BI).
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to draw conclusions and recommend solutions, while being able to explain complex analytical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Compensation
  • $81,400 - $108,500/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
