About the Role:

Aquila Technology is seeking a Business / Data Analyst to support one of the nation's premier defense research organizations. The team is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst to support the administration, operation, and adoption of the organization enterprise Generative AI platforms. This individual will play a key role in ensuring researchers and staff can effectively leverage AI services by providing exceptional customer support, managing platform configuration and user access, coordinating with software vendors, and helping drive successful adoption across the organization. This person will help identifying the user demands and work with the manager to appropriately add to the AI roadmap. They will work closely with end users, software vendors, cybersecurity, and internal development teams to resolve issues, configure AI platforms, maintain documentation, and identify opportunities to improve the overall user experience.

Must Have

  • Degree Level: Bachelor's Degree
  • Clearance Level: Currently holds a Secret Clearance (OR a higher clearance)
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication
  • 5 years - Experience creating and updating documentation

  • Create and manage teams in LiteLLM, user accounts, API keys, roles, quotas, budgets, and permissions.
  • Configure platform settings to support security, governance, and operational requirements.
  • Perform user provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access reviews.
  • Assist with deployment and testing of new platform features and upgrades.
  • Provide customer support to staff. Respond to user questions regarding access, capabilities, limitations, billing, quotas, models, and best practices
  • Track support requests and identify recurring issues that should be addressed through product improvements or documentation
  • Work with divisions to understand AI use cases and platform requirements then develop AI prompts and agents to fit their needs.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and validation of new functionality and troubleshooting
  • Identify themes in support and develop KBAs and training materials
  • Maintain documentation as policies and technologies evolve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience supporting enterprise software platforms or providing technical customer support.
  • Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms, including user management and role-based access control.
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI technologies and enterprise AI platforms.

Cell Phone & Internet Reimbursed up to $150 monthly to cover cell phone, data, and home internet expenses. Aquila Technology will reimburse team members who work from home ONLY for cell phone/mobile device fees for work-related communications and/or operations each month. Employees eligible for this benefit must work remote 2 days a week or more to qualify.

Buy Your Own Device (BYOD) - Team members are eligible for reimbursement of up to $1,500 every three (3) years for the purchase of electronic equipment used to access corporate services. To qualify for this benefit, employees must have completed a minimum of six (6) months of employment and must agree to and sign the Device Minimum Configuration Form prior to reimbursement. Electronic devices eligible under the Buy Your Own Device (BYOD) program are limited to cell phones, laptops, and tablets.

Work Location:This position is VIRTUAL. The candidate can work remotely but they MUST live within 100 miles of Lexington so that they can come into the Lab if necessary for the needs of the program. The onsite work will NOT be regular.
