We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Data & Analytics Program Manager to join our Finance Team. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work fully remote, a hybrid schedule or in the office.


The Operations Data & Analytics Program Manager is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines and models that support critical financial and operational reporting. This right candidate will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and IT to translate complex business questions into structured data solutions, enabling more consistent, reliable, and actionable insights. This includes improving existing data architecture, standardizing key metrics, and enhancing the performance and usability of data across platforms.

Requirements

Qualifications and Responsibilities for the Operations Data & Analytics Program Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  • 6-10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or advanced data roles
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
  • Advanced SQL and strong experience with data modeling and large datasets
  • Experience building data pipelines using ETL/ELT methodologies
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools
  • Experience with data warehousing platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Snowflake, SQL Server)
  • Working knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages
  • Strong ability to connect data solutions to business outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to engage cross-functional stakeholders, translate business needs into technical solutions, and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
