What You Will Do:

  • The role operates at a strategic level, focusing on aligning multiple strategically funded initiatives to deliver business outcomes.

  • Build structured program roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies in Planview, ensuring full transparency and alignment.

  • Align multiple strategic initiatives to key business outcomes.ย ย 

  • Ensure priorities stay aligned to evolving strategy and adjusts or stops work as needed.

  • Convert strategic objectives into a clear program roadmap.ย ย 

  • Partners with senior leadership to shape program direction and success metrics.ย ย 

  • Manage interdependencies, sequencing, and integration across teams.ย ย 

  • Resolve program-level conflicts in priorities, resources, and timelines.ย ย 

  • Influence without authority and bridge communication between business and delivery teams.ย ย 

  • Drive stakeholder alignment and communicate status, risks, and trade-offs clearly.ย ย 

  • Lead program governance and anticipate downstream impacts.ย ย

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.ย ย 

  • Minimum of 7 years project and/ or program experience.

  • Experience interfacing directly with senior leadership to positively influence and lead culture change.

  • Deep experience managing large, multi-workstream technical programs, ideally in cybersecurity or technology risk.

  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience working under dynamic and uncertain business conditions.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Degree in a cybersecurity or IT related disciplineโ€ฏ.

  • CORE Professional or equivalent certificationโ€ฏ.

  • Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (PMP or other relevant certifications).

  • Experience using Planview.

  • Knowledgeable in agile ways of work (i.e.โ€ฏSAFeโ€ฏcertifications or equivalent).

  • Experience working in Enterprise Services and Business Unit environmentsโ€ฏ.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidateโ€™s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
