Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Director of Product Management to accelerate adoption of our passwordless authentication solutions. With passkeys reaching mass-market scale and replacing legacy credentials, this leadership role requires deep expertise in the FIDO Alliance ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and own the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for OneSpan's Passkey Solution, aligned to company goals and evolving market opportunities.
  • Translate knowledge of FIDO2 and passkey standards (WebAuthn, CTAP2) into clear, differentiated product features.
  • Monitor regulatory environments and AI-driven fraud trends to ensure our solutions anticipate market shifts

Execution & Go-To-Market

  • Orchestrate the full product lifecycle, balancing technical excellence with speed to market.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to define pricing and packaging for SaaS and hybrid delivery models.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer lifetime value (CLV), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and reduction in help desk incidents.

Market Leadership & Advocacy

  • Engage with customers, prospects, and industry analysts to build advocacy and validate product direction.
  • Represent OneSpan at industry events, providing expertise on passwordless authentication and digital identity.

Required Experience:

  • 8+ years of product management experience in authentication, identity and access management (IAM), or cybersecurity products.
