As a Microsoft Top 150 Managed Partner and exclusive distributor for a growing number of SaaS brands, we are seeking experienced sales professionals with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to join our team.


As a Senior Midmarket Account Executive: Identity & Access Management, your role is to consistently generate qualified leads, carry and exceed quota, and help customers address their identity and access needs with tailored IAM solutions that improve security, efficiency, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas.
  • Garner referrals from your network and existing customers to quickly ramp up on delivery targets.
  • Generate and cultivate leads beyond provided lead generation systems.
  • Manage customers throughout the sales cycle as a reliable point of contact, understanding their business and security needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate CRM usage for all prospects and active customers.
  • Conduct extensive outreach through multiple systems and touchpoints to build a sustainable pipeline and secure regular weekly meetings.
  • Cross-sell and upsell customers with suitable product and service recommendations to maximize their outcomes.
  • Communicate regularly with customers and internal teams during the transition to the implementation team.

  • Direct Sales Expertise: 7+ years of experience selling to mid-market and enterprise companies, with a proven track record of carrying and exceeding quotas.
  • Identity & Access Management Experience: 2-5 years of demonstrated success in selling IAM technologies, such as single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), privileged access management (PAM), or identity governance and administration (IGA).
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to present and negotiate with executives, board members, and other key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Skilled in deal navigation, adapting to customer needs, and customizing product options effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM, collaboration, and quoting tools to streamline workflows.
  • Self-Motivated Performer: Highly organized, driven by commission and bonus opportunities, and capable of managing strategic accounts independently.
  • Remote Work Experience: Proven ability to work remotely while maintaining quota and achieving results.
