Remote Claims Processor

Schedule: Flexible shifts between 6:00 AM - 10:30 PM (based on business needs)

Training Schedule: 8-week paid training

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour- please note this rate may be below your state's minimum wage. Consider this when applying

Job Summary

We are hiring a detail-oriented Claims Processor to support a fast-paced healthcare team. This role is fully remote and requires strong accuracy, time management, multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review emails and Microsoft Teams messages at the start of each shift 

  • Log into internal systems and begin processing claims 

  • Accurately enter and review data in a high-volume environment 

  • Monitor team chats and adjust workflow based on team needs 

  • Complete assigned tasks and meet productivity goals 

  • Follow scheduled breaks and lunch per company policy 

 Requirements

  • GED or HS Diploma

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test

  • Ability to pass typing test of 25 wpm or more

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting 

  • Adaptable and able to shift priorities quickly 

  • Proficient with computers and data entry systems 

  • Reliable internet connection required 

  • Must have a dedicated workspace

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $15.00.
