Customer Care Representatives will help review, analyze, and respond to customer billing inquiries and resolve customer issues or questions, while also building trust and rapport with the energy customer through clear, respectful interaction.This is a fast-paced, high-call-volume program currently available through the Arise® Platform.
The Arise® Platform is an online portal that connects you to remote customer service opportunities with big-name brands. Through the platform, you can provide remote customer support, earning extra revenue while saving time and money on costs associated with working outside of the home.
The Arise® Platform has various well-known clients available-including this opportunity with an energy provider -and you could start earning in just a few weeks.
What you will do as an Inbound Customer Support Representative
  • Review, analyze, and respond to customer billing inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues or questions
  • Processing payment deferrals and installment plans
  • Quickly identify customer needs in the first few minutes of the call to offer the appropriate plan
  • Accurately enroll the customer in the correct plan
  • Strive to resolve the customer issues on the first call
  • Demonstrate knowledge of business energy processes and policies
  • Build trust and rapport with the energy customer through clear, respectful interaction
  • Always strive to ensure that overall customer satisfaction remains high while resolving issues

  • Have the ability to make a great first impression by being empathetic, and have a "CAN HELP ATTITUDE"
  • Have active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make the customer feel valued
  • Ability to communicate effectively, clearly, and professionally

What would be great to have:
  • Experience in billing customer support
  • Proven experience using customer service software, CRM systems, or providing customer support over the phone
