Description

NFR maintains properties for mortgage companies by working closely with our nationwide network of contractors and inspectors. Our Recurring Services department has an opening for a Recurring Services Coordinator to type estimates, create orders, review photos, provide client invoices for work performed on their properties and issue payment to contractors for work performed.

Recurring Services Coordinator responsibilities include providing bids, creating detailed, accurate and justified invoices, verification of required documentation and discussing invoicing edits/adjustments with contractors and clients.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a finance background, positive attitude, excellent customer service, attention to detail, verbal, written, communication and math skills. Candidates must be a team player, self-motivated and able to prioritize a high-volume workload while meeting various deadlines. Previous experience adapting to multiple software applications is helpful. Proficiency in Excel is also encouraged and beneficial. This position will learn and maintain knowledge of the variety of work performed in the mortgage industry for different loan types and customer requirements.
