Work From Home | Paid Training

Pay: $14.00/hour during paid training and then $14.50/hour once in production

What You'll Do

  • Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Assist members with questions regarding healthcare benefits and services.
  • Gather and verify customer information accurately.
  • Research and resolve customer concerns whenever possible during the first call.
  • Educate customers on available products, services, and benefit options.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems while documenting interactions.
  • Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and performance expectations.
  • Follow company policies while providing a positive customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes.
  • Adapt to changing procedures and business needs.
  • Be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.
