Customer Service Representative

Location: New York City, NY

Pay Rate: Up to $23.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing support to delivery and installation crews while they are completing routes in the field.

  • Respond to a high volume of incoming customer calls regarding home deliveries, product installations, scheduling, and service inquiries.

  • Assist showroom personnel by coordinating delivery appointments, updating delivery schedules, and resolving order-related concerns.

  • Check in delivery drivers at the end of each workday to verify route completion and collect required documentation.

  • Prepare, organize, and distribute delivery paperwork and documentation for the following day's scheduled routes.

  • Review invoices alongside delivery run sheets to confirm that all merchandise has been accurately loaded onto delivery vehicles.

  • Maintain organized records, enter accurate information into internal systems, and ensure all documentation is up to date.

  • Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, delivery personnel, installers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Investigate and resolve delivery, installation, and service issues promptly while providing excellent customer support.
