Job Functions:
  • Planning Itineraries for Vacations: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers in planning their dream vacations. This includes understanding their travel preferences, suggesting destinations, creating personalized itineraries, and making reservations for flights, accommodations, and activities.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is at the heart of this role. You will be the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction throughout the travel planning process.
  • Budget Management: You will work closely with customers to help them create and manage their travel budgets.
