Job description

Seeking Customer Service Specialists within the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Industry for a premier company dedicated to improving lives!

We have multiple call center-based roles opening in August/September with interviews occurring now!

$20.00 per hour

Paid Training Program: Mondayโ€“Friday between 8:00 AM and 5 PM CST
Schedule: After training, shifts could start anywhere between 9am and 2pm with no shift ending later than 10:00 PM CST

This TEMP-TO-HIRE opportunity allows you to provide high-quality customer support (inbound/outbound calls) within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, assisting callers such as pharmacies, healthcare providers, and health plan membersโ€”all from the comfort of your home!

*Some states may not be eligible for remote work*


Position Overview

You will play a vital role in supporting patients and healthcare professionals by handling inbound inquiries related to pharmacy benefits, medication access, and health plan services and programs.

You will:

  • Deliver accurate, compassionate, and efficient service on every call

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions with a focus on first-call resolution

  • Navigate multiple systems to access and document patient and prescription information

  • Meet performance metrics while maintaining high-quality service standards

  • Clearly and thoroughly document all interactions

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM

  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred (healthcare or call center experience a plus)

  • Ability to quickly learn and retain large amounts of detailed information

  • Strong communication skills and a patient-focused mindset

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

  • Must pass internet speed test via Ethernet connection
