Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative who enjoys working with customers and identifying the right coverage solutions for their needs. This role includes a combination of new business development and ongoing service for existing customers.

Licensed candidates are preferred, but we are open to training the right person and will cover licensing costs if needed.

Responsibilities:

Build relationships with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs

Provide guidance on coverage options including auto, home, life, and other protection products

Assist customers with policy updates, questions, and service requests

Follow up on leads, referrals, and opportunities to grow the agencyโ€™s customer base

Conduct coverage reviews and identify opportunities to better protect customers

Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency processes

Work closely with the team to deliver a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

Insurance license preferred (Property/Casualty and/or Life)

Candidates without a license are welcome to apply; licensing costs will be covered for the right hire

Sales, customer service, or relationship-focused experience is helpful
