Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable, personable, and detail-oriented Inside Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with policy inquiries, claims information, billing questions, and general support. You will play a vital part in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining our agency's strong reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from clients in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, ID cards, coverage questions, and claims follow-ups
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the agency management system
  • Follow up on open issues to ensure resolution and client satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with internal team members and insurance carriers
