We're expanding our remote team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, providing solutions, and creating positive experiences. This role offers the opportunity to develop valuable professional skills while working in a flexible, virtual environment.
You don't need previous industry experience to get started. New team members receive step-by-step training, ongoing guidance, and continued support to help them learn the role, build confidence, and progress over time.
Your Role
You'll work directly with members who need assistance understanding and accessing the programs available to them. Your goal is to make the process simple, informative, and professional from the initial conversation through follow-up.
  • Communicate with members through phone and virtual meetings.
  • Identify individual needs by asking questions and listening carefully.
  • Help members understand available programs and available options.
  • Walk members through applications, enrollment, and required documentation.
  • Answer questions and provide additional assistance when needed.
  • Follow up with members throughout the process.
  • Keep client information and digital records accurate and organized.
  • Learn current program information, procedures, and best practices.
  • Deliver dependable and professional service in every interaction.
