Summary

We're looking for a tech-savvy Course Content Creator to design and build engaging training across our products, services, and internal programs. Ideally, someone with knowledge of compliance frameworks ISO, SOC, PCI, HiTrust, HIPAA, GDPR etc. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of instructional design, video content, and learner experience.

You'll own course creation end-to-end from defining learning objectives to producing videos, slides, and assessments, working closely with subject-matter experts. This is a mid-level role with room to grow, ideal for someone who enjoys building and improving learning content at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build courses, modules, and assessments with clear learning objectives
  • Create engaging content including videos, slides, scripts, job aids, and quizzes
  • Apply instructional design and UX principles to create practical, learner-friendly content
  • Partner with subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Manage and maintain content in the LMS
  • Update and improve courses based on feedback, metrics, and evolving needs

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning, or training content creation
  • Strong experience creating video-based learning content (e.g., Loom, Camtasia, Descript, Synthesia)
  • Experience designing structured courses or learning paths
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and SaaS or technical products

The base salary range is $80,000 - 90,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
