Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, assessing client progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to report patient progress, needs, and any concerns that arise during treatment.
  • Advise and coordinate with clients' families and support systems about treatment and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition during all stages of care.
  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of clinical encounters and progress notes in accordance with departmental policies and regulations.
  • Engage in the development of treatment plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments, employing evidence-based social work interventions.
  • Facilitate discharge planning by coordinating care with various providers in the region to ensure clients have access to ongoing support services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Crystal Cove Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, substance abuse issues, and co-occurring disorders. Our clients come to us seeking support for their unique circumstances, and your role will directly influence their recovery journey by providing accessible and empathetic care.

Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling (M.A./M.S.), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), or Psychology.
  • Current and active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or a similar credential.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an outpatient setting with a proven track record of effective client outcomes.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), word processing, email systems, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously, displaying self-direction and proactive engagement in clinical responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
