Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of
BestLawyers.com, BestLawFirms.com, and our suite of digital marketing tools. You will define the
product vision, create roadmaps, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that
meet user needs and business goals.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role reports to the CEO and will build and lead the Products team. The future team will likely consist
of a Product Owner, UX / UI Designer, and SEO Specialist.
The Product Manager will serve as the functional lead of the cross-departmental product team. This
includes collaborating closely with Leadership, developers, and QA engineers. The Product Manager may
be responsible for mentoring junior team members and influencing workflows, prioritization, and
strategy across departments.
Duties/Responsibilities:
? Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.
? Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on value and needs.
? Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and end-users.
? Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA engineers for successful delivery.
? Monitor product performance and user feedback for continuous improvement.
? Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
? Own the product lifecycle for BestLawyers.com and BestLawFirms.com, aligning updates and
new features with evolving customer needs and business objectives.
? Research and recommend emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, generative content
tools) that could enhance user experience or operational efficiency.
? Drive SEO best practices into product strategy and ensure platform architecture and content are
optimized for visibility and performance.
? Identify opportunities for innovation across product lines, particularly through integration of
legal tech trends and automation capabilities.
? Lead product discovery initiatives including market analysis, customer interviews, and prototype
validation to inform forward-thinking product strategies.
Required Skills/Abilities:
? 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B or digital marketing.
? Strong understanding of web technologies and development processes.
? Experience with agile methodologies.
? Excellent communication and leadership skills.
? Ability to translate business goals into technical requirements.
? Familiarity with Azure, C#, and database technologies is a plus.
Education and Experience:
