Remote Crypto Design information

How does a Remote Crypto Designer typically collaborate with cross-functional teams given the decentralized nature of blockchain projects?

Remote Crypto Designers often work closely with developers, product managers, and community managers through digital collaboration tools like Slack, Figma, and GitHub. Communication is usually asynchronous, given the global distribution of teams in the crypto space. Regular virtual stand-ups and design reviews help ensure alignment and feedback. Designers are expected to proactively share updates, document design decisions, and adapt to fast-paced changes commonly seen in blockchain projects.
