Remote CDL Driver Recruiter - Applicant Screening, Follow-Up & Placement
Truck Driver Nation is seeking motivated recruiting professionals to help identify, screen, engage, and place qualified CDL drivers into available transportation opportunities.
This role focuses on driver communication, applicant qualification, follow-up, and moving candidates through the recruiting process from initial contact through placement.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Communicate with CDL driver applicants by phone, text, email, and recruiting platforms
• Review applications and identify qualified candidates
• Screen drivers for experience, work history, license status, and basic hiring requirements
• Match qualified applicants with available carrier opportunities
• Maintain accurate candidate notes and recruiting records
• Follow up consistently with active applicants
• Help candidates understand next steps and required documentation
• Coordinate with recruiting and operations teams as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable speaking with truck drivers and transportation professionals
• Organized and able to manage multiple candidates
• Comfortable using computers, ATS platforms, email, and online recruiting systems
• Transportation, recruiting, trucking, sales, or customer-service experience is helpful
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records
