Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented CDL A Driver to join our Deployment Team! This position offers the opportunity to see the U.S. without having sleep in your truck!

Responsibilities

  • A driver in this role will fly out on Monday Morning and fly back the following Friday (12 Days out).
  • This role will be a combination of P&D and Linehaul, depending on the need for the week.
  • Load and unload freight safely using manual handling techniques and equipment like forklifts when necessary, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Transport hazardous materials and dangerous goods in compliance with hazardous materials regulations and safety standards.
  • Manage the transportation of automobile parts or other specialty cargo with precision and care.
  • Load and unload freight at various facilities, ensuring cargo is secured properly for transit and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, load & unload activities, and compliance with all safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record.
  • 6 Months of recent verifiable CDL A experience.
  • Willingness to travel 46 Weeks out of the year.
  • Be able to commute to the DFW Airport regularly.
  • Ability to pass a DOT and Hair follicle test.
  • Hazmat Endorsement highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT regulations, hazardous materials regulations, and safety standards.
  • Strong manual handling skills for loading/unloading freight; forklift certification is a plus.
  • Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and compliance at all times.
