This role offers the opportunity to drive customer engagement and retention strategies within a fast-growing digital entertainment environment.
You will take ownership of CRM campaigns across multiple customer journeys, using data-driven insights to improve activation, loyalty, and long-term value.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will design personalized experiences that enhance user engagement and business performance.
The position combines strategic thinking, analytics, and hands-on campaign execution to optimize customer lifecycle management.
You will leverage segmentation, automation, experimentation, and performance analysis to create impactful CRM initiatives.
This is an ideal opportunity for a CRM professional who enjoys working with data, innovation, and customer-focused growth strategies.

Accountabilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across different customer segments and product areas, including casino and sportsbook experiences.
  • Manage the complete customer lifecycle, focusing on activation, retention, engagement, and reactivation strategies.
  • Create and maintain customer segments using behavioral, transactional, and engagement data to deliver targeted communications and personalized offers.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies that improve customer experience, conversion rates, retention, and overall business performance.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests to identify opportunities for improving campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Monitor CRM activities, review campaign performance, and conduct regular audits to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Track key CRM metrics and evaluate campaign impact on revenue-related performance indicators.
  • Transform data analysis into actionable recommendations that improve retention strategies and customer value.
  • Support the transition from manual campaigns toward automated lifecycle journeys and scalable retention flows.
  • Prioritize stakeholder requests based on business objectives and collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and VIP teams.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on CRM experience, ideally within the iGaming industry across casino and/or sportsbook environments.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, engagement strategies, segmentation, and personalized communication approaches.
  • Experience working with CRM automation platforms and managing customer campaigns at scale.
  • Solid knowledge of bonus mechanics, promotional strategies, and their impact on customer behavior and business results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and convert insights into practical actions.
  • Ability to work confidently with CRM performance metrics and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Genuine interest in improving customer engagement, loyalty, and retention through innovative CRM strategies.
  • Intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility across locations.
  • Full-time employment opportunity within an international and fast-growing organization.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including:
    • Children allowance.
    • Mental health support.
    • Sports and wellness activities.
    • Language courses.
    • Automotive services.
    • Veterinary services.
    • Home office setup assistance.
    • Dental services.
    • Books and stationery support.
    • Training compensation.
    • Wellness benefits including massage services.
  • Opportunities to work with international teams and contribute to large-scale customer engagement initiatives.
