Power BI Reporting Analyst

100% Remote | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM $50/hr | Long-Term Opportunity | Growth-Focused Organization

Are you passionate about transforming data into meaningful business insights? We're seeking a Power BI Reporting Analyst to support a growing customer experience organization by developing impactful dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational analytics that drive business decisions.

This role offers the opportunity to partner directly with business leaders, operations teams, and technical stakeholders to build reporting solutions that influence strategy and improve customer experience outcomes. What You'll Do
  • Partner with business stakeholders and operational leaders to understand reporting needs and business objectives.
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
  • Create actionable visualizations that support operational decision-making.
  • Develop KPI reporting and performance scorecards.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to identify, validate, and manage data sources.
  • Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data.
  • Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies and data quality issues.
  • Support dashboard enhancements, ad hoc reporting requests, and ongoing improvements.
  • Train users on dashboard functionality and reporting capabilities.
  • Document reporting standards, requirements, and processes.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, analytics, or data reporting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
