• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client's needs and devise tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices.
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities that best suit the client’s situation.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations while upholding the highest standards of client privacy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing insights and receiving feedback that enhances our collective approach to patient well-being.
• Provide education and support for clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to them.
• Continually update your knowledge with the latest evidence-based research and advancements in the mental health field to inform your practice.

In our practice, you will engage with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating various mental health challenges. • A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A strong foundation in solution-based psychotherapy and the ability to implement tailored interventions that resonate with the individual needs of clients.
