• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems Therapy to optimize client outcomes.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
