As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist within our VIEW program, you will play a vital role in enhancing the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of individuals throughout Washington State. This full-time remote role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, aligning our commitment to attracting top talents in the field.

• Provide one-on-one as well as group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to share openly about their mental health challenges.
• Conduct thorough client intakes to assess needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Engage in regular consultations with the VIEW team, sharing insights and strategic recommendations to improve client care.
• Participate actively in team meetings to analyze client progress and refine therapeutic approaches.
• Implement recovery-focused initiatives and programs that empower clients to take charge of their wellness journey.
• Collaborate in the continuous evaluation and enhancement of the VIEW services to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various mental health disorders. The remote nature of our services expands our reach to underserved communities, allowing you to make a profound impact on the lives of individuals who may otherwise lack access to crucial mental health resources.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT through the Washington State Department of Health.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.
• Demonstrated strong communication and active listening skills essential for building rapport with clients.
• Empathy and the ability to foster trusting relationships with individuals from various backgrounds.
• Proficiency in collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to enhance clinical outcomes.
• Commitment to addressing stigma surrounding mental health and promoting wellness.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
• Experience in developing and implementing recovery-oriented programs.
• Prior work in community health settings or with diverse populations.
