To drive sustainable growth across the sports sector by winning new business, protecting and growing existing accounts, and acting as the strategic link between customers and Jonas Sports to maximize long-term value on both sides. New Business (New Name)

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across the sports industry, building on existing networks and relationships within professional sport.
  • Build and manage a healthy, qualified sales pipeline sufficient to meet agreed new-name targets.
  • Lead commercial discussions, product demonstrations, proposals, and bid/tender preparation.
  • Develop relationships with senior decision-makers within prospect organizations using a consultative sales approach.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly new business sales KPIs.

Account Management & Renewals (Back to Base)

  • Own strategic relationships across a portfolio of existing customers, acting as their primary point of contact.

  • Proactively manage renewal timelines to protect retention and prevent churn.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to track value delivered and surface expansion opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to broaden customer value through consultancy, additional modules, and strategic initiatives.

Customer Success

  • Ensure customers achieve maximum value from Jonas Sports' products and services.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, escalating and resolving issues via the right internal teams.
  • Gather structured customer feedback and feed it into the product roadmap, helping prioritize customer-driven enhancements and supporting pilot programs with select clubs.
  • Turn satisfied customers into long-term advocates and reference customers.
  • Track and report on customer satisfaction and retention metrics.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop partnerships across governing bodies, clubs, and sports organizations to expand Jonas Sports' network within professional sport.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities with third-party organizations that support growth.
