You will design and operate an internal business intelligence function that delivers standardized reporting, dashboards, and automated insights across contract and member-level data. Acting as a key advisor to leadership, you will help shape strategies related to patient experience, risk modeling, and quality improvement. The position requires a strong ability to translate large-scale, complex datasets into meaningful visualizations and decision-ready intelligence. You will also play a critical role in building automation, improving data workflows, and enabling faster, more reliable access to performance signals. This is a highly autonomous role with significant visibility and impact across cross-functional healthcare analytics teams.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain standardized dashboards, reports, and visualizations for CAHPS and HOS performance at both contract and member levels.
  • Build and operate an internal business intelligence service that enables fast, reliable access to survey performance and leading indicators.
  • Analyze large and complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, performance shifts, and actionable insights.
  • Develop automated reporting and alerting systems to detect meaningful changes in survey and quality performance metrics.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions and data visualizations that support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics, refine reporting needs, and support healthcare quality initiatives.
  • Advise leadership on survey analytics, member experience, and Star Ratings strategy through data-driven insights.
  • Streamline data processes and reduce manual effort through automation and workflow optimization.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across all BI deliverables and reporting systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field and 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or survey data analysis.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project or team leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for dashboarding and reporting.
  • Advanced ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Experience designing and automating reporting workflows and data visualization solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with SAS, Python, or similar analytical tools is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare analytics, Medicare Stars, or CAHPS/HOS survey data is a strong plus.
  • Experience with predictive modeling, forecasting, or data mining techniques is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage complex analytical problems.
  • Proven track record of collaborating across technical and business teams in a matrixed environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $117,600 to $161,700, with bonus eligibility based on performance.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with additional company benefits.
  • Paid time off, including holidays, personal days, and parental/caregiver leave.
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage, plus life insurance.
  • Flexible remote or hybrid work arrangement with required home office standards.
  • Employee wellness and work-life balance programs supporting whole-person health.
  • Opportunities for professional development in healthcare analytics and BI leadership.
