Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support transformation initiatives with responsibilities ranging from full ownership to workstream leadership or advisory support

  • Facilitate current-state and future-state process mapping andidentifyopportunities for improvement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to teams developing transformation plans, helping refine approach and execution

  • Provide project leadership including scope definition, timeline management, and risk identification

  • Design and build low to medium complexity solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

  • Develop lightweight dashboards and reporting views to support operational visibility

  • Use SharePoint, Lists, or similar tools to organize and manage workflows and data

  • Identifyand implement opportunities to embed AI-enabled solutions into business workflows

  • Support transformation efforts within eDiscovery operations, including Project Atlas and service delivery evolution

  • Contribute to improvements in time management, resource allocation, and operational tracking

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience leading or supporting business transformation or process improvement initiatives

  • Strong experience with process mapping, workflow design, and operational optimization

  • Experience providing project or program coordination across multiple initiatives

  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation and business systems platforms; experience with tools such as Salesforce, Workday,Intapp,ClickUp, andHighspotis an asset

  • Structured project management experience, including the ability toestablishmanagement structures that support the full project lifecycle

  • Understanding of data flows and system interactions

  • Experience or strong interest in applying AI in business workflows

  • Experience in professional services environments preferred

  • eDiscovery experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with platforms such as Relativity and Nuix

The Compensation range for this role is $75,000 -$93,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
