We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Levanta by identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales efforts. This position is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to launch or advance their career in sales within a fast-paced, innovative company.
What You'll Do:
Prospect and Generate Leads:
  • Identify potential clients and key decision-makers through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Utilize various tools and strategies to generate and qualify new leads.

Outbound and Inbound Sales Activities:
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (email, phone, and LinkedIn) to engage potential customers.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns.

Pipeline Management:
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage them effectively to convert into sales opportunities.
  • Use CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Collaborate with Sales Team:
  • Work closely with Account Executives to set up meetings and follow up on leads.
  • Provide detailed notes and insights to support the sales process.

Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales development or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
